Regardless of the Email client you use, the settings are the same. Below is a screenshot of the Email settings in Microsoft Outlook 2002.

The incoming and outgoing mail server settings should both be set to mail.yourdomain.com, along with your User Name and Password
Note: As of 10-25-03, your User Name changed to your full Email address instead of your previous login. If you have any questions about that please contact Support.

You'll also need to set that the outgoing server requires authentication. In Outlook 2002, this is done by hitting "More Settings ...", then under the Outgoing Server Tab, check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and use the same settings as your incoming mail server.

Note: Some ISPs block port 25 for the outgoing mail server. If you find that you can receive mail but can't send mail using your NxTek account and everything else is set up correctly, you have 2 options. One is to try changing the port from 25 to 81. This is under the Advanced Tab after you hit the "More Settings ..." button. The other option is to use your ISP's mail server to send outgoing mail.

You may also wish to turn the Server Timeout up which will help with large file attachments.
