We are looking for -
PHP/MySQL Programmer and/or
ASP/MSSQL Programmer
These 2 positions are involved with the many projects
that we have, both internally and production development
for clients. We have typically outsourced some projects in
the past and will continue to do so. Most of the projects
are on an as-needed basis, so remote outsourcers are
encouraged to apply for an hourly or project basis. We are
currently in a huge growth spurt right now, so there are
many new projects that are needed on a regular basis to
keep everything running smoothly. Instant Messager (ICQ

Web Developer
As a NxTek Web Developer you'll develop new sites, add
functionality to existing sites, and perform maintenance
and updates for current clients. You'll be working closely
with the Graphic Artists and the Programming Team,
bringing it all together to create a functional site.
Required skills include HTML, Javascript and ASP or PHP. The
following experience in any of the following skills is
also a plus: some Ecommerce and Database to Web
integration, Java, and DHTML. Please contact

System Administrator
As an administrator, your responsibilities include
keeping the servers and services running smoothly. Most of
our servers run either RedHat Linux or Windows 2000
Server. Our service and reliability are obviously
absolutely vital, so this is one of the most critical
positions available. Required skills include knowledge of
security, network monitoring, and server services like
Sendmail, Bind, Apache, IIS, MySQL, MS SQL, PHP, ASP,
SNMP, MRTG, RRDTool, and
various other server-related services. Programming knowledge with Javascript, ASP, MS SQL,
MySQL, DHTML, Perl, or PHP would help, but is not necessary.
Your availability and reliability however, are!
Most of the work is on an as-needed basis, so remote

Account Executive
Selling NxTek services requires an understanding of
what can and can't be done on the Internet. You'll work
closely with NxTek's Web developers to ensure not only a
quality product, but something we all can be proud of.
Marketing, research, and working with clients to develop
Internet strategies will be required. Commissions and

Graphic/Web Designer
Simply put, the design is the first impression people
get of a web site. Not only does it reflect our clients,
but it reflects NxTek. Required skills needed include
knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, ImageReady,
Illustrator, PageMaker), and the Macromedia Suite (Flash,
Director, Freehand, Fireworks). Some Javascript knowledge
is a definite plus. 4+ years of graphic design work
required, with as much Internet-based experience as
possible. You will be working with Account Executives
developing the site identity, as well as with the
Development team integrating the content with the design.
Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity,
branch management, sales promotion and/or new media
